This workspace is running Node 22.16.0 while the pinned project and Chromium package require Node 22.17.0 or later. After temporarily relaxing the local engine check, dependency installation did not complete because the package gateway was unavailable. Therefore these gates remain intentionally open:

- `npm ci` under Node 22.17+
- ESLint
- TypeScript semantic typecheck
- Vitest unit suite
- Next.js production static export
- Exported-file identity check for all 47 project rooms and 9 region rooms
- Playwright route, accessibility, responsive-layout, security-header, and screenshot suites

No Netlify deployment should occur until those gates pass locally or in a non-billable build environment.
