Known limitations
- No clinical efficacy, crisis-prevention capability, or suicide-prevention outcome has been demonstrated.
- Shared-model collaborators may retain correlated blind spots despite separate roles.
- Human calibration can decay unless renewal is genuinely low-friction and valuable.
- The system must never delay emergency services, professional care, or direct human contact when those are needed.
